National Little League Volunteer Application -  PLEASE NOTE THAT WILTON LITTLE LEAGUE REQUIRES THAT ALL VOLUNTEERS INCLUDE THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER ON THIS FORM OR VOLUNTEERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO WORK FOR WILTON LITTLE LEAGUE.

Little League International requires different forms for new and returning volunteers, even if you volunteered with another Little League.  Please ensure that you select the correct one before submitting.

All WLL Umpires (over age 16), MANAGERS, and COACHES must complete this form.  It is used for required background checks.
